Blackscreen Pte Ltd provides:
- Digital marketing services
- Paid advertising management
- Creative production (charged separately unless stated)
- Website and landing page services
All services are subject to agreed scope and quotation.
3. Fees & Payment
- Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Management fees are based on agreed structure (minimum applies)
- Payment terms: [e.g. 50% upfront, 50% upon completion or monthly advance]
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we apply best practices, we do not guarantee:
- Specific ROI
- Lead volume
- Sales conversion
Performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions and client offerings.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Approve creatives and campaigns promptly
- Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies
- Own rights to all submitted content
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials remain property of Blackscreen until full payment is made
- Upon payment, client is granted usage rights unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blackscreen Pte Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Platform disruptions (e.g. Meta, Google outages)
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payment is not received
- Client breaches terms
- Misuse or unlawful activity is detected
Clients may terminate with written notice as per agreed contract.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
