Project Overview
This project was delivered for a customer appreciation event and new vehicle launch for Cycle & Carriage, designed to elevate brand experience while maintaining a clean, premium showroom aesthetic.
Our scope covered end-to-end event execution, integrating design, AV coordination, and physical build-up, ensuring a seamless environment for both product showcase and guest engagement.

Concept & Design Approach
But I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and I will give you a complete account of the system, and expound the actual teachings of the great explorer of the truth, the master-builder of human happiness. No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is pleasure, but because those who do not know how to pursue pleasure rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful. Event Build-Up Scope
Our team executed a comprehensive build-up including:
- Stage construction using durable OSB platforming with integrated steps
- Feature backdrop wall with concealed lighting for premium presentation
- Custom display structures for product and experiential zones
- AV integration coordination, ensuring alignment with lighting and presentation requirements
- On-site installation and finishing, maintaining tight timelines within a live showroom environment
All structures were engineered for stability, clean finishing, and fast installation, critical for minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
The final setup delivered:
- A high-impact launch environment that enhanced vehicle presentation
- A welcoming and engaging space for customer interaction
- A strong visual identity aligned with Cycle & Carriage’s premium positioning
- A sustainable build approach without compromising on quality or finish
Sustainability Integration
A key component of this project was the incorporation of sustainable materials and practices, aligned with evolving brand values.
OSB boards were used as a primary construction material, reducing reliance on virgin plywood while maintaining structural integrity
Cast acrylic panels made from recycled plastics were incorporated into design elements, balancing aesthetics with environmental responsibility
Modular components were designed for reusability across future events, minimizing material waste
This approach allowed the event to achieve a modern, industrial aesthetic while remaining environmentally conscious.
